When we begin to work with clients, we often start with performance evaluations to understand the current inefficiencies and bottlenecks that exist. This helps us to achieve an initial baseline of the clients’ systems and to build a path for tactical and strategic tasks to achieve their goals of performance and scale. We share our methodology in order to provide transparency and accountability to our clients, and to help us set shared goals around excellent performance and capacity for their systems.
